New blend for this vintage: Malbec, Cinsault and Grenache, from vines around 25 years old, grown biodynamically and planted at an altitude of 350 meters on top of the slope, on limestone soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification: 7 days of maceration in whole bunches, fermentation and 6 months of aging in concrete vats. Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Fabien Jouves represents the golden generation of Cahors. This young and dynamic vigneron settled in 2006 on the highest slopes of Cahors, where he took over his family’s estate of 20 hectares.
