Blend of Malbec, Gamay, and Syrah from organically farmed vines averaging 25 years old, planted on high-altitude clay-limestone slopes. Green work in the vineyard, manual harvest, certified organic wine. Natural vinification: 7 days of whole-cluster maceration, fermentations in concrete vats, and 6 months of aging on lees in the same tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
