It is a very difficult exercise to describe the emotion of a Domaine Weinbach eau-de-vie in a few words... Complexity, power, balance, body and length await you. The nose offers orchard fruits, yellow fruits, a hint of honey, and floral notes. Incredible persistence. Serve very chilled. 70 cl bottle.

Fruits from the estate's orchard, nestled among the vines in the Clos des Capucins, farmed biodynamically without any treatments. Rigorous fruit selection at peak ripeness, followed by fermentation for 3-4 months. Wood-fired copper still distillation with 2-3 passes depending on the year, with generous heads and tails cuts. The eaux-de-vie are aged in demijohns in the attic for at least 10 years before bottling. Production is limited to just a few dozen bottles per year.
