Le Plaisir - Brasserie Cantillon

The Lambics of the Cantillon Brewery are called « young » after one year of aging and reach their full maturity after three years. The young beers contain the natural sugars necessary for the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The three years old beers bring their bouquet and their finesse.

Le Plaisir means Pleasure in French—an ode to pure enjoyment. A perfect name for this cuvée, as it captures both the joy of sharing and the sensory delight of this unique beer. A spontaneously fermented collaboration with the legendary Cascina degli Ulivi in Piedmont, Italy—founded by Stefano Bellotti and now run by his daughter Ilaria Bellotti, well known to JUS'tos! A blend of two-year-old lambics with the pomace of nine estate grape varieties, macerated for nine months before blending.
