A blended cuvée of 55% Sémillon, 16% Chenin, 15% Pinot blanc, 10% Viognier, 3% Muscat and 1% Marsanne, from different parcels of vines grown organically and planted in the Napa Valley, Mendocino and Monterrey. In the winery: 60% of the harvest is direct pressed in whole bunches, 40% macerates a few days to develop the structure of the wine. One year of aging in vats and casks who have seen a few wines, then a few months in vats for the whole blend. No additives during the vinification, and a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
