Ample and powerful nose with notes of syrupy fruits, apricot, raisin, candied citrus fruits, exotic fruits. The palate is voluptuous, super complex and held together by a balance of sweet, salty, bitter and acid. Notes of roasted fruit, long and intense, deep finish, the last sugars are released like an ice wine. Refrigerate after opening.

Vermouth Bianco Torino Classico 2022 by Del professore is a traditional white vermouth, in the pure Piemontese style. It is a blend of white wine from the Moscato delle Langhe appellation, sugar, alcohol, grape must, and an infusion of aromatic and medicinal herbs and spices, some of which are hand-picked from the mountains surrounding Turin. A ready-to-drink aperitif. Produced in Italy.
