The creator of Vermouth del Professore, Leonardo Leuci is a passionate man of great expertise. A globetrotter, he divides his time between cocktails and travel, scouring the globe in search of new spirits after working as a bartender in countries including Cuba, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Venezuela, Mexico and Saint Lucia. Thanks to a background that also includes sommelier experience, Leonardo Leuci has combined his expertise in spirits and wines to create this handcrafted vermouth in collaboration with the Quaglia distillery in Piedmont.
