Blended cuvée: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Carmenère, this is a coplanted parcel, pre-phylloxera vines around 170 years old, on loamy clay soils, with ultra-low yields. Vinification: 3 weeks of maceration, no oenological additives. 16 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate in Spring 2023. Micro-dose of sulphur.
