80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot conducted following biodynamics principles, integrating principles of agroforestry and permaculture. The vines are planted on a 2.9 ha parcel in Puisseguin, on clay-loam and sandy soil, on limestone rock at 50-80 cm. Manual harvest, total destemming, fermentation without pushing the extraction, aging for 18 months in barrels that have seen several wines, without any oenological additives. Bottled at the Château without fining or filtration, zero sulfites added.
