Second vintage for this cuvée of great elegance carried by black fruits, Earl Gray tea, a little oak perfectly melted to this luscious nose. The palate is deep, beautiful volume with tons of length and noble aromas. Be patient, it will reveal itself in a few years.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 25-year-old vines in conversion to organic and biodynamic farming, planted on sandy gravel in the commune of Arsac, in the Haut-Médoc appellation. Manual harvesting, vinification in stainless steel vats, then 16 months of aging in barrels that have seen at last three wines. Bottled at the Domaine, without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
