Moineaux is, as in 2018, a Margaux that has not been "approved" by the AOC certification board... Probably because it is too delicious! On notes of red and black fruits, spices... Subtly tangy palate, digestible, very beautiful supple substance, long finish.

Blended cuvée: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc from 25-year-old vines on average, grown biodynamically and planted on gravelly soils typical of Margaux appellation. Vinification: three weeks of maceration, without oenological inputs, 16 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in April 2023. Neither fined nor filtered, just a slight dose of sulphur.
