A natural sparkling white wine, made from Chardonnay from the South of Beaujolais, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner from Alsace, and Chenin from Loire. This is a high quality négoce with organic winemakers who share the same values. Grapes harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: direct pressing at different moment of each grape variety right after their harvest, fermentation in vats, maturation in stacks for a few months, and disgorgement in at the beginning of 2024. ZERO additives from grape to bottle.
