100% Gewurztraminer from vines grown biodynamically, pruned short in order to preserve the low yields, and planted below the Grand Cru Furstentum, on the mid-slope, between 225 and 250 meters above sea level, on marl and limestone soils. Manual harvest at maturity. Vinification: direct pressing of whole bunches in a pneumatic press, indigenous yeasts, settling by gravity, 10 months of aging in old wooden casks.
