Le Pet'Nat - 2021 - Pierre Weber
Domaine Pierre Weber
A beautiful sparkling wine with notes of honeysuckle, white fruits, and honey. The palate features fine bubbles and a creamy texture, all while remaining incredibly digestible thanks to its long, mineral finish. Elegant and delicate.

Half Pinot Blanc and half Chardonnay from vines planted by Pierre's grandfather in 1963, at 400 meters altitude on marl-limestone and sandstone soils. Natural vinification: a light maceration of 2-3 days followed by gentle pressing, fermentation begins in tanks, and the wine is bottled with residual sugars to create the bubbles. Aged on laths for one year and a half, disgorged in Spring 2023, zero added sulfites.
