Pinot Gris Steiner - 2019 - Jean François Ginglinger
Domaine Jean Ginglinger
Very different from the usual style of Jean-François wines, no less sublime. A mellow wine with 35 grams of residual sugar/liter, held together by phenomenal acidity. Big complexity on exotic fruits, honey, rose. Long and captivating finish.
