Riesling from three parcels of old vines, with 40% sourced from the Grand Cru Eichberg, on marl soils. Cultivated biodynamically, with hand-picked grapes and natural winemaking practices. A brief maceration occurs progressively during harvest: the first parcel undergoes three days of maceration, while the last enjoys just one day. Following gentle pressing, fermentation concludes and aging takes place in old barrels for 11 months, on total lees. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
