A beer produced in collaboration with the Parisian brewery La Brasserie de la Goutte d'Or. The beer was fermented on the lees of Vincent's Gamay grapes, and aged for 8 months in old barrels at the brewery in Paris. One month before bottling, whole blackcurrants and raspberries were macerated in the brew to further flavour this vinous ale.

Vincent Marie participated in the creation of an annual natural wine fair in Caen, and over the years, the meetings he’d have there with winemakers such as Claude Courtois would eventually instil in him a desire to make wine himself.
