Domaine Les Sauvageons
A very floral nose with notes of jasmine and lily of the valley... A complex palate, well balanced, with lovely bitter notes on the finish. Attention: this is outlaw juice, ultra original and almost over the line! An awesome wine!

A blend of 2/3 Gamay Blanc and 1/3 Aligoté, sourced from organically farmed, low-yield vines and hand-harvested. Natural vinification with no additives: direct press for the Gamay, while the whole Aligoté clusters undergo a 3-week maceration, steeping in the Gamay’s juice. Aged for 10 months in qvevris—those traditional clay amphorae buried in the ground. Bottled at the estate in June 2024 without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
