Complex and aromatic nose with notes of black cherry, blackberry, rose, violet and a hint of minerality. Ample and silky on the palate, while retaining a nice tension and just the right amount of acidity, fresh and fruity finish.

100% Gamay from biodynamically farmed vines, planted on a sun-drenched hilltop parcel in Beaujolais. Hand-harvested. Vinification: manually destemmed using a wicker tool, with berries dropping directly into the tank, 6 months of maceration in this close tank, without touching the grape must. Pressed at the end of fermentation, bottled in Spring 2023. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
