Gamay from 50 to 70-years old vines, planted on a superb 2-ha parcel isolated and in semi-circular shape, at 500-meters altitude, West facing. Soils of pink granite, maintained without chemicals or weedkillers, with zero treatments for this vintage! Manual harvest to preserve the indigenous yeasts. Vinification: whole bunches, carbonic maceration for two weeks without additives, soft pressing, 10 months of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled in June 2024 without filtration, zero added sulfites.
