Gamay from old vines, grown biodynamically and planted on two hectares. This is the estate's flagship terroir, with bluestone soils very similar to those of Brouilly. Harvested by hand and vinified naturally: part of the harvest is destemmed, 12 days of maceration in vats with a "mille-feuille" of whole grapes and berries, no punching of the cap, just a few pump-overs. Aged in vats and demi-muids for 11 months. No fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling, in July 2022.
