Nose carried by notes of blackberry, violet, powerful aromatic. Digestible palate, nice structure thanks to the prolonged maceration, long fruity finish, quite silky. Really really nice, and even more at that price!

100% Gamay from massal selections, biodynamic vines planted in 1950 in the middle of the hillside, siliceous soil with many silica crystals which bring tension to the wine. Manual harvets. Vinification: 50% destemmed, long maceration of 6 months in 10 hectoliters stoneware egg-shaped vats, without punch downs or pump-overs, before a soft and gentle pressing. Bottled by gravity at the Domaine, without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
