An easy, thirst-quenching cuvée with notes of fennel and raspberry... Palate: a juice with character balanced by a beautiful drinkability.
David Reynaud
David Reynaud, today in his forties, took over the family estate in 2000, and from the beginning, wanted to convert the vineyard to biodynamics. In 2002, he stopped delivering his grapes to the cooperative, which was uninterested in his desire to improve his work methods! Since then, his wines have never ceased to gain in precision and complexity. In 2005, the 20 ha estate was certified biodynamic. In 2009, he expanded his range by founding a negotiant business, selling wines from grapes selected and vinified by David. To see him in a kitchen, it’s easy to tell that David is an epicurean, he has a taste for fine produce, he likes to work with it. And when we have a taste for what’s good, what we produce tends to be good as well! The press is unanimous regarding his abundant talent and all his cuvées are well worth a sniff. Unruly, unmistakeable, but above all, indispensable in your cellar!
