Patrice Delthil, originally from the Tarn region in France, fell into the magic of natural wine as a grown up man! After training as an accountant, which he was hardly passionate about, he worked for surfing and skiing jobs, and then one day... he had a revelation! Patrice therefore began his training at the age of 38, with a focus on viticulture (no oenology! he learnt about vinification during his own vintages). He did his internships with big names of natural wine: Dard & Ribo, Thierry Allemand, Hervé Souhaut ... He started making wine in 2006, and worked at the same time for Edouard Laffitte, Jean-Louis Tribouley, Cyril Fhal ... The winegrower has a philosophical and gardener approach of his work: "we try to make wine every vintage "... Except that Patrice does not just try, he succeeds and delivers magnificent vintages with so much humility!
