Peaux Rouges is "a cuvée that assumes its identity like a battle cry", says Maxime, and gives Burgundy stereotypes a new lease of life! A deep, complex juice with bursting fruit, it's the expression of a fresh Volnay Pinot.

A very delicate nose with notes of black cherry, violet and peony, and a subtle hint of spice... Palate: this is some serious juice, with very fine tannins, and great ageing potential.

Nose: notes of raspberry and fresh cherries, with a hint of vanilla and undergrowth. Palate: boasting great finesse, elegance, and complex aromas, this is a fleshy and luscious wine. A Pinot crafted for pleasure yet boasting big league complexity.
