Raphaël Saint-Cyr is at the head of Domaine Saint-Cyr, located in Anse in Beaujolais. The history of the family estate dates back to 1949, when Pierre Saint-Cyr, Raphaël's great-grandfather, settled on this small farm. How far they’ve come over the generations! The estate has now 23 hectares of vines in the Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent appellations. Respectful cultural practices were implemented in the 1980s, and it was in 2008 when Raphaël settled at Saint-Cyr that the entire estate was converted to organic, with biodynamic practices. Moreover, there is a global reflection of the vineyard management: tillage with draft horses, pruning respecting the sap flow, more polyculture... The same logic continues in the cellar with vinification without additives. Always vibrant red, white and orange wines, which perfectly reflect the renewal and energy of Beaujolais.

Beaujolais we love you! Red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, currant, cranberry. Hyper fluid palate, fine and highly drinkable texture, finish on a hint of aromatic herbs. Galoche can be translated as a "french kiss"! One that you would like to repeat!
Sulphites-free wine
Complex, addictive, hypnotic nose... With notes of apricot, mango, fresh herbs, honey and jasmine. Palate: the aromatic power is balanced by great purity, a very finely crafted orange wine.

Blackberry, cherry, spices, subtly earty nose... Great class... A 2015 which offers us a very beautiful tactile sensation, a velvety and tender palate, with ripe and perfectly integrated tannins.

A dry and fruity rosé with notes of dried strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate. Palate: lovely freshness, finish with a hint of blood orange. Proof that with a little alcohol, the perfect "galoche" (the slang word for french kiss) exists!
