Delphine Boulard
Delphine Boulard comes from a family of winegrowers spanning more than 6 generations, Champagne runs in her veins! She succeeds her father Francis at the head of Maison Francis Boulard et Fille, which she founded with her parents in 2009. Located in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, west of Reims, the family estate is partly a continuation of Delphine's grandfather's Maison Raymond Boulard. Francis launched the organic impulse in the vineyards in the 2000s, and since 2015 the entire vineyard has been certified organic. The right intentions don't stop at the vines: low-intervention vinification, indigenous yeasts, low-sulfur cuvées. The 3 hectares of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are vinified in parcel-based cuvées, and the Champagnes are made with little or no dosage. The aim is minerality and terroir! A wonderful family story that continues today with Delphine. Beautiful, natural champagnes, complex and full of character: it's all there!
