Manu Venturi
Manu Venturi, child of the 1975 vintage, born in Corsica to an oenologist father, is his worthy successor at Domaine Vico and Clos Venturi, in the heart of Haute-Corse. After studying law and business on the mainland, Manu returned to his roots and realized that this was where his life was meant to be. He settled down at Domaine Vico and learned the art of winemaking alongside his father, who passed on his analysis of the plots and, over time, gave him the keys to the estate he had spent 20 years building. In 2005, the two men also created Clos Venturi: atypical, cooler soils and a unique identity. Two different terroirs, but the same approach to both: biodynamics, permaculture, livestock and beekeeping, all with a lot of rural common sense. The proof is in a few words from Manu: "I am convinced that our activity must be positive for our environment, so that the harmony that reigns there allows us to produce wines full of life and balance".
