Probably our favorite cuvée from Maylis, with its complex nose with notes of sesame, lemon, pear, white pepper and minerality. Very fresh on the palate, with a lively attack and lovely tension, and a volume characteristic of aging on the lees. Salivating finish.
Maylis Bernard
It won't be long until Maylis Bernard becomes an essential winemaker in the Jura landscape, we will have warned you ! Granddaughter of winemaker from Château-Chalon, she used to go help her grandfather at the vineyard : Jura is both her roots and her heartland. After managing computer projects for 16 years, she’s now the head of the wine negociant “Zéroïne” located in Rotalier in the Jura. Zeroïne for the ZERO additives and for heroïne, French for feminine hero. A rising winestar, who produces excellent juices. Indeed, Maylis has been attached to natural wines for a very long time, even before becoming the partner of a certain Jean François Ganevat. Thus she also benefits from a supply network of very qualitative negociant grapes, and in addition cultivates less than an hectar of vines. A free-spirited winemaker, who blends her wines according to her taste and only offers us cuvées that she loves. Thanks a lot Maylis !
A subtle maceration that allows both grapes to express themselves perfectly on the nose and palate, without the Gewurztraminer's exuberant profile ever overpowering the Riesling's chiseled minerality. Well done, Maylis!
Notes of honey, yellow apple, and clementine... On the palate: great length, with controlled volume thanks to lovely tension, a hint of tannic structure, and the indulgence of Chardonnay with a buttery finish.

A vibrant, ultra-fresh, mineral wine with notes of white flowers and white peach… The palate is taut, mineral, and saline, offering a fruity, subtle, and balanced cuvée with beautiful length.

What an explosive blend! A "blouge" blend of white (blanc) and red (rouge), carried by notes of redcurrant, cranberry and rose. The palate offers a wave of freshness, and the same aromas of small red berries in a super fluid and smooth texture.

A digestible Savagnin, balanced between volume and tension, richness and acidity, with a nose of tarte tatin, fresh walnuts and long pepper. The palate is smooth and pure, with an oxydative patina, this is a cuvée crafted for gastronomy.
Nose: a true floral bomb of rose, violet and geranium, followed by raspberry and redcurrant jelly. Palate: fluid, very clean and pure, crisp tannins, easily gulpable, you can really feel the Ganevat influence on this cuvée!
Plenty of freshness and tension, with clear mineral notes, a touch of white fruit and citrus, and a saline finish... On the palate, fine bubbles and a lively energy, perfect to kick off a meal!
