Granddaughter of winemaker from Château-Chalon, she used to go help her grandfather at the vineyard : Jura is both her roots and her heartland. After managing computer projects for 16 years, she’s now the head of the wine negociant “Zéroïne” located in Rotalier in the Jura. Zeroïne for the ZERO additives and for heroïne, French for feminine hero. A rising winestar, who produces excellent juices. Indeed, Maylis has been attached to natural wines for a very long time, even before becoming the partner of a certain Jean François Ganevat.Thus she also benefits from a supply network of very qualitative negociant grapes, and in addition cultivates less than an hectar of vines. A free-spirited winemaker, who blends her wines according to her taste and only offers us cuvées that she loves. Thanks a lot Maylis !
