Sébastien Lincy et Corentin Allot

Sébastien Lincy and Corentin Allot are the two buddies behind Pouce-Pied, a brand-new estate established in 2023 in Loire-et-Cher, specifically in Chateauvieux. Hailing from Brittany, these two pals aren’t new to the natural wine scene. After a colorful journey—from youth work to opening a bistro on the island of Groix—they earned their wine diplomas at the Amboise wine school. And off they went! Gaining experience with the likes of Puzelat, Noëlla Morantin, Domaine Léonine, and more, they finally decided to vinify for themselves: Pouce-Pied was born! This young domain is currently working with 2 hectares of organic vines: Sauvignon, Chenin, and Menu-Pineau. Their mission? To craft living wines with little to no additives, wines that are expressive, clean, and truly reflective of their terroir. A serious project to keep an eye on.
