Chasselas blanc and Chasselas rose, this is a négociant cuvée, the grapes were bought from organically grown vines planted in the Pays Gex vineyard (we are on the lake Geneva basin). Manual harvest in small crates. Vinification: direct pressing for the two grape varieties, aging in vats for 13 months. Bottled in November 2024, without fining and filtration, no added sulfites.
