A négoce cuvée made from purchased grapes grown organically on a parcel in Lhuis, in the Ain, right on the border with Isère (this si Bugey region). 75% Chardonnay and 25% Aligoté, hand-harvested in small crates. Natural vinification: direct press, 12 months of aging in tanks. Bottled in October 2024 with no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfites.
