Nose carried by notes of white fruits and citrus. Tense and mineral palate, it is an easy-drinking yet rich wine.
Vines planted with Chardonnay, Aligoté, Savagnin and Jacquère from organically grown vines which are manually harvested in small crates. Natural vinification, we are at Grégoire’s after all! Direct pressing of the four grape varieties and settling, fermentation and 12 months of maturation in 400-liter stoneware vats. Bottled in October 2024 without filtration or fining. Zero added sulfur!
