Chardonnay from biodynamic vines planted on Les Hautes climat, at high altitude and just below a forest, next to the famous Meursault lieu-dit "Les Vireuils" and as well on the nearby Les Fosses climat. Harvesting is done by hand, with controlled yields, direct pressing, natural vinification, bottled without fining or filtration.
