Beaune 1er Cru "Les Blanches Fleurs" - 2022 - Maxime Dubuet Boillot
Domaine Dubuet Boillot
The nose is very fresh, showing great finesse with notes of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, pepper and a touch of oak... Palate: beautifully rounded, a delicious, perfectly structured juice with a long, mineral finish.

Pinot Noir from 55-year-old organic vines planted on a 20-acre plot, a Premier Cru facing South/South-East, just outside Savigny-lès-Beaune. Harvested by hand, meticulously sorted, destemming while keeping around 15% whole bunches, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 to 4 days, start of fermentations without any inputs, gentle pressing, 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, with 20% new oak.
Maxime Dubuet-Boillot
Maxime Dubuet-Boillot, child of the 1989 vintage and grandson of a farmer from Corberon and a vigneron from Volnay, first turned his back on his family vineyards before finally returning to them for good. Maxime’s career began not in wine but auto racing, working as a mechanic for The 24 Hours of Le Mans. He pursued that passion for 10 years before heeding the call of his winegrowing roots....
