Cuvée de Pinot Noir from vines grown using biodynamic methods and planted on "Les Grèves", a plot of 1.26 ha. This Cru of about twenty hectares, located in the heart of the hillside, is considered to be the best 1er Cru of Beaune. Gravel and clay soils. Vinification respectful of the grapes, 15 days of maceration with a third of whole bunches, gentle pressing, maturing in barrels, 30% of which are new. Wine neither fined nor filtered, reasoned sulphur in order to protect the wine. Bottled in March 2022 at the waning moon.
