Cuvee of Pinot Noir from vines grown biodynamically and planted on "Les Sizies", a 1.62 hectare plot at the foot of the hillside, clay soil. This Climate is one of the Premiers Crus with the flattest soil. Hand-picked in small boxes, controlled yields. Vinification respectful of the grapes, 15 days of maceration with a third of the whole harvest, long fermentation and gentle pressing. Ageing in barrels, 15% of which are new. Wine neither fined nor filtered, bottled in December 2022 at the waning moon.
