100% Chardonnay from organically farmed vines planted in the Yonne department, in the village of Saint-Bris, at altitudes between 210 and 250 meters, with parcels facing East, South, and Southwest on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: whole bunches are gently pressed in a long, slow pneumatic press, followed by 18 months of vinification and aging in stainless steel tanks at Château de Béru. Bottled without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
