100% Chardonnay from biodynamic vines (certified by Demeter), planted on the Montserre plot, which owes its name to the “Serres”, a limestone geological formation. On the surface, the ground is strewn with white pebbles. The plot is situated at the highest altitude of the appellation, bordered by trees where birds nest, virtuous ecosystem. Manual harvest in crates of 12 kg. Vinification: slow pressing, 18 months aging in vats and casks that have seen several wines, on fine lees. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
