100% Pinot Noir from vines farmed organically and planted on a soil of Bresse marls. The vinification is respectful of the grape: maceration of whole grape bunches for about three weeks, followed by gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, and 12 months of maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur.
