Burgundy
Clos Fourneau - 2021 - Julien Guillot - Magnum
Clos des Vignes du Maynes
Notes of peach, apricot, candied citrus, with a touch of white flowers. On the palate: round and full-bodied, this is a rich and indulgent wine, balanced by a precise tension and a lovely mineral finish. Shows great aging potential.

100% Chardonnay from 13-year-old vines on average, organically and biodynamically farmed, with horse-plowed soils. The vines are planted on shallow clay-limestone soils with exposed bedrock. Unfined, unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
