Bruno’s Burgundy cuvée. 100% Pinot Noir from 30-year-old vines grown organically and planted on the estate of Dominique Derain. Vinification: in Bruno’s cellar, maceration in whole bunches, maturation: half in Burgundian barrels and half in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate during Spring following the harvest, without fining or filtration, zero added sulphur.
