100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed vines, crafted from the oldest vines on the estate, planted across four parcels totaling 2.5 hectares on prime sites with marly "Ostrea Acuminata" soils. These Ostrea-rich sites are mostly nestled on the Brochon hillside, like the Dérée and Champérier plots, which have belonged to the Trapet family since 1860. Hand-harvested. Naturally vinified with no additives, long aging in barrels without new oak, and bottled at the Domaine.

Jean-Louis Trapet is part of a select circle of the 10 greatest vignerons of the Côte de Nuits. His family estate, founded by his great-grandfather in 1870, is composed of around 15 hectares of the most beautiful parcels around Gevrey.
