100% Pinot Noir from 90-year-old vines, organically farmed and planted just beyond Talloulah and Hugo’s garden on clay and sandy soils over limestone. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: full destemming, gentle maceration, and 12 months aging in used barrels. Bottled at the Domaine in late August 2023, without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of volcanic sulfur (1g/hl) added before bottling.
