Jean François Ganevat and his sister Anne decided to gather together vigneron friends who share the same conception of natural wine growing to launch a négociant business together. This is a 100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed, hand-harvested vines on the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy, sourced from trusted growers. Naturally vinified with whole-cluster carbonic maceration at a cool 12–14°C in wooden tronconic vats. Aged in barrels, unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
