100% Gamay from old vines aged 30 to 80 years, grown from massal selections and planted on clay-limestone soils in the Mâcon Rouge appellation. Organic viticulture, Guyot-Poussard pruning, with manual harvesting at peak ripeness and grape sorting. Natural vinification: semi-carbonic maceration of the whole clusters, 18 months of aging in truncated wooden vats, bottled at the Domaine without fining or filtration, and no added sulfites.
