100% Chardonnay from vines grown organically and planted on two exceptional parcels for a total of just 80 ares, which was first harvested in 1993 – by hand, of course, and with tightly controlled yields. This cuvée, like all of Trapet’s wines, is a hymn to gentleness: respectful viticulture, gentle pressing, working by gravity in the cellar, vinification without additives, patient maturation in wood, and zero sulphur. Bottled at the estate.
