100% Chardonnay from 40-year-old vines, organically farmed and planted on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: berry maceration for 23 days, gentle pressing, and 12 months of aging on lees in large, neutral oak foudres. Bottled at the Domaine with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
