You can find me in the club, drinking Megamix! Fruity nose carried by notes of cherry, blueberry, pomegranate, white pepper, a hint of licorice. Palate: fresh, thirst-quenching, supple tannin, this is a true "pure juice"!
Second version of the Megamix, this year it is a blend of Muscat, Gamay and Pinot Noir, from vines planted on granite and limestone terroirs. The grapes were bought to winemakers who share the same values than Julien, strictly respecting their environment. Manual harvest, with sorting in the vineyard and on tables. Natural vinification, short carbonic maceration of the whole clusters, soft pressing, 18 months of aging in conical wooden vats, no new oak. Bottled at the Estate without added sulfites.
Julien Guillot is a face of youth and renewal for the Mâconnais.
