Pinot Noir from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on the Clos des Forêts Saint Georges vineyard site, a Monopole covering an area of 7.2 hectares. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: indigenous yeasts, gentle extractions, manual punching down of the cap and limited pumping over. Gentle pressing, maturation for 15 months in barrels with a maximum of 50% new oak, then three months in vats before bottling.
